I am writing to strongly recommend my old football coach, Brad Stanfield. Coach Stanfield pushed us to our full potential while also demonstrating his care and concern for each player on an individual level. The atmosphere created by Coach Stanfield was one where failure was never seen as an endpoint, but merely as an opportunity for growth and improvement. He helped to grow a winning culture which often resulted in success both on and off the field.

For me, Coach Stanfield has been such an impactful figure in my life. We spent hours together in the film room and on the field 1 on 1, where he would teach me, mentor me, and encourage me to be the best I can be. His ability to lead strongly, but with a good heart, helped me grow into a great athlete and a great leader in my own life.

Coach Stanfield was a walking example of what being a student of the game looks like. You can tell by talking to him, how sharp he is and how much he truly loves the sports of football and the kids he works with. From what I've seen first-hand, I can without any hesitation vouch for him as an exemplary leader who will attack any challenges with tenacity, passion, and drive. I believe Coach Stanfield is the ideal candidate for any position he seeks. He will bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to any team or organization.
